Clark Millspaugh, who holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and a graduate degree from Southern Methodist University, is President & Founder of Summit Exploration LLC. He sold 90% of the company in order to free up margin and dive deeper into ministry to fellow Halftimers.

He leads the men’s ministry at First United Methodist Church (FUMC) in Tulsa, OK, which hosted a Halftime Summit in October of 2002 with 125 participants. A year after their Halftime Summit, active ministry is in full swing at FUMC. Led by enthusiastic Halftimers putting muscle behind their personal mission statements, the church is reaching beyond its walls and into the community.

Clark also founded The Harvest. It has been one of the most exciting additions to the Eugene Field campus and community. Located in two refurbished buildings just east of the Eugene Field campus, The Harvest houses a non-profit grocery store, Global Gardens class room, teaching kitchen, Color Me True and Abbas Family workshop, as well as dorms for college aged members of the mission minded Transit team.

Adventure in life is important to Clark. Much of his journey involves the concepts of Wild At Heart, challenging men to seek the desires of their heart and find out what God has called them to do. His very active involvement in the Men’s Fraternity focuses this year on “The Great Adventure.”

Clark and his wife, Anne, have been married for 32 years. Anne is very active in women’s ministries, much of which involves Hearts Set Free (the women’s side of Wild At Heart). Their son, Joe and his wife, Paige, have one son, Zach. Their daughter, Julie, is married to Dusty Beard.
