Neal Stenzel, CFO, Callidus Technologies by Honeywell

 
I needed to get a bio for Neal so I could share with you guys what he is like.  Since he doesn't do a lot of speaking engagements, I thought I would have Elora my wife, contact his wife Therese and get the bio.  Here is what she wrote. A great description.

If you want a bio from Neal, he would say, I graduated from ORU, then got my CPA, then worked in accounting for the last 20 years.

But if you want one from me (I'm a writer) I would say that my husband embodies the scripture, the first shall be last, and the last shall be first. Neal has always approached his work/his life as a servant. Always putting others needs first. He is a wonderful man to be married to, this year is 19 years, and an amazing dad to our three kids.

He graduated from ORU in 1987 and went to work at a Big 8 accounting firm, then to a controller position in a manufacturing company, then to another controller position and within six months to CFO, then to a business owner and CFO for four years, and now to just CFO for Honeywell.

He is the type if guy that when it was raise time he'd tell his boss he was overpaid! Many of his employees have told me over the years he is a pleasure to work for. Neal has a servant's heart, a giver's heart, a heart that loves God. He truly is an wonderful man. Also, hockey fanatic, lover of dogs, music, and a true family man.
