Open DNS -  After being in the internet business for many years I have not seen a better solution for content filtering than Open DNS.  It takes only five minutes to implement and it is free. It should be done at the router level (not on each pc)  at your home.  I implemented this almost a year ago and it has not dissallowed me from going to any appropriate sites ( major downside to many filtering technologies) and has not slowed down my computer in the least.

Covenant Eyes This tool can help but it doesn't change your heart.  This is amazingly powerful when implemented with the guys in your D-Group.
